Containers are robust and easily accessible. These lockable containers
provide an environmentally friendly solution for safe and reliable
handling of used lamps in storage and in transit. The user-friendly construction makes it easy to fill the container, as access can be gained from the side and/or the top. Only first quality materials are used in the construction of Envirolite ‘StoreSafe’ Steel Containers. This unit will hold all of your “end of life lamps and tubes” up to 8ft. in length. | Envirolite ‘StoreSafe’ Tube Carriers
are inexpensive storage units for companies wishing to recycle small
lamp volumes on a regular basis. Manufactured from robust polypropylene
and being fully lined, these containers are extremely durable permitting
indoor and outdoor use. One end of the tube carrier has a removable
plastic cap, whilst the other end is permanently closed to reduce
the risk of accidental spillage and any consequential injury to persons
or the environment. A range of 3 standard lengths is available i.e. 4ft. 6ft & 8ft. with each tube carrier having an internal diameter of 1ft. (300mm) to accommodate up to 250 whole mixed fluorescent tubes of varying lengths and diameters excluding all packaging materials. StoreSafe - Product Ref. Codes: TC8 and TC6 are available from stock Note: TC4, TC3, & TC2 Tube Carriers are supplied subject to availability. The number in the Ref: Code for each tube carrier denotes the longest length of fluorescent tube that it will accommodate, e.g. the TC8 can take a mixture of lamps up to 8ft. in length, whilst the TC4 will only accept lamps up to a maximum length of 4ft. Single or multiple units can be supplied as required, Envirolite’s fully accredited recycling service costs as illustrated below are shown for single units, the prices illustrated include for the supply of one tube carrier to any UK mainland destination and its return (when full), together with the processing of the contents to recover materials for recycling / reuse all in accordance with the protocols of the forthcoming WEEE Directive. NOTE: A recycling certificate will be issued for each consignment upon completion.
